You may also want to put a few ice cubes in the juice, and some family members might prefer to drink it through a straw, especially if you use a juicer that causes foam. Start small with the kids until they have built up a taste for the juice, and then gradually increase the amount. Don't get discouraged: if they have been surviving on soft drinks and fruit juice up to now, it may take some time and some 'talking to' before they embrace this new nutritional blast! Become a juicer and you will find that in just a few days you will have increased energy and a new spring in your step. Over time it will become a way of life and you will never go back to the 'good old days' again.
