Judgement and Legalism Part 2

In the second week, we will delve more deeply into the concept of judgement and how it relates to legalism. It's important to distinguish between healthy discernment and harmful judgement, emphasizing the ways in which a judgemental attitude will damage our relationships with others and even sabotage our own ability to grow spiritually. We can discuss ways to cultivate a non-judgemental mindset, such as practicing empathy and compassion and focusing on inner transformation rather than external appearances.
