Judgement can get us through when we feel hurt, insecure, or vulnerable. But inevitably this feeling of righteousness fades and judgement causes our energy to weaken and our thoughts to darken. Returning to love
I really enjoy Gabby. This was a brilliant book, it introduced me to tapping and a few meditations and mantra which I had not tried before. All beautiful and powerful techniques that have helped me return to love, self-love, acceptance of self and others. A truly worthwhile listen!

Disappointing
Did not enjoy this book. There were no practical steps or guidance. It was all focused on “higher power” and “spirituality”. I gave up about half way after she mentioned the universe for the 500th time. Very airy fairy and realistic imo. Would not recommend.
