After a year of living a peaceful life, John Riley takes on his toughest hunt yet. When a teenaged Mexican girl is kidnapped by an outlaw leader it becomes obvious to Riley that no one wants to help find her. Riley is determined to find her and bring her home safe. He meets up with a notorious border bandit, who is a notorious killer, who has reasons of his own for wanting to find the girl.
They form an alliance with only one goal. Find the young girl before she suffers at the hands of the outlaw. Riley will need nerves, patience, and skill to get this job done because at every turn, with a partnership like this, there could be a bullet with his name on it.

Action!
A great first book! Fun action western! The virtual voice seemed to work just fine. A good narrator is better but often they aren’t good and thus distracting. It should be a longer story and I would expect that if I had to buy it. Since it was free it was a great story and no complaints.
