After receiving a visit at school from two detectives, Jezebel’s entire world is rocked. At sixteen, she’s now placed in a position where she has to fend for herself. Jezebel turns to the only thing she had become good at—using what she got to get what she want. Like mother like daughter is how the saying goes. Now as an adult, Jezebel has managed to make a very lavish life for herself. With a client list consisting of stock brokers, doctors, lawyers, and professional ball players, Jezebel managed to make more money than her mom has ever made. Jezebel couldn’t be any happier. That’s until she crosses paths with NFL quarterback Marcus Bradshaw, who offers her the world plus more with only one thing in return. She gives up her lifestyle. Jezebel is now left with a dilemma, and the choice she makes can either change her life for the better or place her in a life-or-death situation she can’t flirt, fight, or f**k her way out of.

The story telling was good.

The ending sucked but the story was good overall. The characters had a decent Amount of dept to them.

Not going to lie, virtual voice is hard to listen to but since the story was good, I managed to finish my first virtual voice book.

Good read

This was a good storyline! I didn’t think I would be able to enjoy the story because of the virtual voice but surprisingly the narration wasn’t too bad. Even though the title gave the ending away I wish there was at least some justice for the mother and daughter.

This was terrible!

Let’s start with the virtual voice it was horrible. The author should listen to their book to see how the virtual voice tore up the pronunciation of certain words it took away from the story. Not to mention the ending sucked. It’s like the author just cut it off mid thought and said the end very disappointing.
