What happened to the bear

This was a good audiobook. I like Jack Benny, he is very funny. But this audio advertised that the all the Jack Benny episodes would focus on Benny’s pet bear. But the bear is only mentioned only on 10 episodes. Maybe I misunderstood, the episodes we’re still funny
