It's usually an ex-special forces guy with big muscles and even bigger balls, and a knack for sorting out petty squabbles between the witches and vampires and shifters in the city. And I'm just a technically dead nail tech—an animated skeleton with a talent for illusion magic and gold gel manicures. But I've recently discovered that I can manifest some pretty big muscles of my own. I've already got the big balls, so I'm halfway there.

Hilarious & Perfection
Man I absolutley loved this book! I laughed so hard. so often! I love how the main character, Susan, is so relatable and I could see things about myself in her. The author uses great technique in delivering back story on characters, as well as recapping in case you don't remember something from the first book. I cannot recommend tbis book and series enough. I am so excited to read the next one, I am not waiting - all books in series are purchased ahead of time now!
Again, the narrator does an amazing job with different voices foe characters, inflection and making you feel you were there!

Susan’s zany adventures become zanier! I doing turn little troupe to be quite entertaining and LH to be an insanely creative writer. When is the rest of the series coming to audible?
