Angry Dave
Dave is opinionated. Dave will give you his opinion whether you want it or not.
If you're one of those people who loves a good rant then this audiobook is for you. Dave rants about everything you can think of including: Jeremy Kyle, Britain's Got Talent, Botox, ITV, Easy Jet, Losers, HR Departments.
So if you have a bee in your bonnet or even a chip on your shoulder, don't do yoga or tantric breathing, simply read The World According to Dave.

The author, Angry Dave did a good job writing this. After hearing the material, the cover makes even more sense to me now. The narrator, David T Curmudgeon did well delivering the lines to us. Though it did take me a bit of time to get use to the low voice.
An old fashioned rant...

While this short had some humorous moments, I didn't find it laugh out loud funny. There were some interesting comparisons but I don't hold the same opinions about certain things in this audiobook. I don't sell this guy short in any way though because I've listened to other work by him that was hilarious to me. Everyone finds humor in different things.
Curmudgeon had a deep, grumpy old guy voice that was actually funny. Still perplexed but anyway, this was at least interesting.

I Guess The Timing was Appropriate for the Content

Would you try another book from Angry Dave and/or David T Curmudgeon?
Yes. I enjoy this kind of humour and although I didn't agree with all of it, I did enjoy it.What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?
He covered lots of topics, not focusing on one thing for an hour and a half.If this book were a movie would you go see it?
Possibly. I can't imagine it as a movie. Maybe as a Seinfeld type sitcom.Any additional comments?
I found that I affiliated with a lot of what he was saying and found those bits hilarious. Having said that some of what he said wasn't so PC and as a parent of children with disabilities who doesn't fit his preconceived mould, I did take offence. I did keep listening though as I do like his type of humour. It was short so easily allowed me to finish it in one hit which is exactly what I wanted. I received this book in exchange for an honest review. He says it how it is!

What did you love best about It's All Bollocks?
Again, I find that this is related to the British government, monarchy, etc. so as an American I cannot really follow except for the few prominent situations that I recognized. If you live in the UK, or have a better grasp on the governmental system within, I am certain you would enjoy it, as long as you don't mind the considerable amount of F – bombs throughout.
The narrator has a lovely deep, deep voice and sounds more like a college professor or James Earl Jones then someone who should be reading a comedy. I love the voice and his timing, cadence and would love to listen to him at any time with different material.
Peter generously gave me many of his short stories and I am working my way through them. If these were about American politicians with Peter's sense of humor and dry observations. I KNOW I would be laughing out loud for a considerable amount of time.
Notes: strong language and a few racy comments

Bollocks - I Had To Look Up the Definition, Oh My!

Angry Dave seems to have an opinion about everyone and everything - as seem to have many people I encounter. Some things I cannot relate to properly being from "the continent" but some others (like TV, postal service, much of politics) are remarkably similar where I come from. Of course taking the whole thing completely seriously is out of the question, but some points are well taken, although all in all I would have preferred the use of less 4-letter words.
The best, however, is how David T Curmudgeon delivers the whole thing. Thanks for that. It made a dreary motorway ride far more enjoyable.
Funny book in the style of a stand-up comedian
