Insightful
Perfect book for uderstanding what it takes to create a successful business. The implications go beyond success in the engineering, survey, and planning services market. The emphasis on how relationships, commitment, and team building as core values have bolstered one company's fundamental habits and longevity was invigorating. The only way the book could be better is if it included more specific details where these values led to the success of the company, its clients, and employees. The portions regarding the importance of understanding ones personal risk tolerance and finding the passion that drives us has had a powerful impact on me.
