Last and least
This was third in a series and I enjoyed the first two quite a bit but by the end of this series I found that I couldn’t stand the main characters any longer. They never fail, no one ever dies and it’s all happy endings. These characters are somehow inhumanly flawless and they’re all smarter than everything else in the universe. If you like a story where the hero always wins and the villains always fail miserably…this book is for. I didn’t love this one and I’m glad it’s over.

Classic Era Story Ruined by Narration
Stories written in the early years of SciFi are, by their very nature, dated. That can be overcome by a well done, well paced narration. Unfortunately, the narrator reads the story slowly and as boring and uninterestingly as possible. What could the producers have been thinking when they hired this hack to read the books?????
