Nothing new but good refresher

The quality of this Audio is terrible. The volume is up and down. One minute turning up the vol and then pulling ear buds out. Has some good exercises that I have forgotten about, but again
there are not a lot of new ideas here. Actually I think some of the newer speakers may have taken some of her phrases and ideas. Overall I liked it but wouldn't purchase it because of the audio quality.
