Great inspiration for kids

I loved the way the author incorporated baseball facts, short stores, and journal rejections in each chapter. He challenged children to be better like their baseball heroes

Motivational Goats

This audiobook is phenomenal! You can have you children listen to it while doing chores or relaxing! This audiobook is full of great stories, challenges for the kids, reflection for the kids, and so much More. I like that it has the kids reflect on the stories they hear. To learn about how different baseball players persevered in their lives and careers. To learn that some of them did it out of the passion and love and determination rather than doing it for the fame. My nephews love this audio 10 out of 10 recommend.

Great stories

Got this for my baseball obsessed nephew and he loved it. Sat down and listened all the way through in one sitting and won’t stop talking about it.

Short stories & physical challenges = engaging

I was pleasantly surprised with this book. I have three nephews who are into baseball and around this age and I think they would like it. Not only are the short stories engaging about players they would know and legends that everyone should know, they have trivia to change it up from just a reading book. I also really like that they give physical challenges so the kid had to put down the book and put what they just read about into action. From designing their future jersey to working their non-dominant hand with exercises, this book really keeps the reader captivated. The little GOAT lessons they come up with not only aims to make the reader a better baseball player, but a better person with a great character (not all strength is loud). Being humble is something that is sometimes forgotten and this book does a great job of teaching that lesson with the challenges and writing. One thing I do wish is that this wasn't just directed at boys because I know a lot of girls that love baseball and could benefit from learning the character & confidence builders.
