This book is about emotion or mental illness in one way or another. Mental Illness is something that we as a society need to become more comfortable talking about, and I find poetry to be a fantastic way to express these things. I myself have struggled with mental illness for years and have used Poetry as an outlet and a way to express myself when I felt no one would listen.
