Clearly Someone’s Undergrad Term Paper

This reads like the author’s self published honors thesis. Sophomoric arguments, completely unnecessary modern tangents and shaky parallels/comparisons, obvious bias, and massive holes in research. An example of the latter being the complete absence of reference to silphium, the herbal birth control the Romans might’ve driven to extinction it was so effective (not the “magical incantations” the author claims the Romans used for contraception instead). Save yourself an hour and skip this poorly researched ramble.
