We are energetic beings inhabiting physical bodies. As such, learning to manage, utilize, maximize and balance our energy is the focal point of each lifetime. Our energy is manifested by and maintained by the five elements of fire, water, air (or wood, in Chinese Five Element Theory), earth and metal, and the four directions: east, west, north and south. As each lifetime begins, it begins with us being called into our physical body by these energies. As each lifetime progresses, we have the opportunity to form a partnership with these energies that sustains us. As each lifetime ends, we are called back to our energetic selves by these energies.
