In this show Susie was reading a midwife's blog (observantmidwife.blogspot.com), and she came across a topic you don't hear much about: How being obese changes a woman's vagina and sexual response. The post generated lots of comments, ranging from obese women who say their partners love their soft feel to others who offer practical tips for common obstacles.

Then, Susie says a recent New York Times article on the science of desire left her wanting more, but she agrees that our body is usually a couple of steps ahead of our brains when it comes to desire.

And in the "Try This at Home" mailbag, Susie answers a letter from a woman who married an old flame, only to find out that he has some strange ways of expressing his needs.
