Acerca de esta escucha
On today's show, Susie answers two listener letters. We'll go from talking about sex trafficking to what's so bad about being non-monogamous. Our first writer asks Susie why she has such a different take on the wrongs of sex work compared with so many other public voices. Susie happily lays out her claim that too many people manipulate the reality of sex workers. Yes, sex trafficking is criminal and one of the cruelest forms of slavery - but don't lump sex work in general into one huge, despicable ball. Susie hates to see so many people falling for slickly made videos that blur the line between prostitution and sex trafficking.
Our second letter comes from a woman who is happy to be a swinger, but her prospective husband wants her for himself alone. She has a question: Is there a way to make him "unjealous"? Susie thinks about the dynamics here: one wants to be sexually adventurous yet still be part of a solid couple. The other says this kind of sexual sharing makes him too jealous; "It's no fun for me." Wow! This is a big mismatch. Even though there is love between them, there seems to be a big difference in principals and day-to-day desires. Susie has some ideas for our listener, and you'll definitely want to hear her take on this.
