Acerca de esta escucha
Susie starts off today's show with a look at a comic strip that takes on the "Orientation Police". That's right - it's those annoying people who have a problem with someone else's sexual orientation, and they have to make sure you know about it! Cartoonist Bill Roundy has Susie in stitches as she reads aloud his comic about dating transgendered men. She also describes his funny drawings.
Then, more humor as Susie reads from a satirical website, christwire.org. They say they promote "conservative values for an unsaved world". But this tongue-in-cheek group does what The Onion does: they write funny stories that could almost be real. Susie reads a piece about homosexuals' "power bottoming".
Finally, from the "Try This at Home" mailbag, a female listener needs some advice: "How does one exercise discretion in an open relationship?" Susie has the answer, but it may not be what our gal wants to hear.
Have a question? You can call Susie's hotline at 831-480-5110. And you can send your confidential questions - plus requests for free samples and blog banners! - to susie@susiebright.com [Episode 587, October 4, 2013]
