Another Great Star Trek Adventure

This book was so different due to the fact in started in the future.

This novel was well written and read so great.

What is my all time classic favorites

Jonathan Frakes turns in another command performance as commander William Riker The book itself is brilliant very well written and executed Peter David has always been one of my favorite authors in this book I would recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful adventure That explores the history between commander riker and counselor Deanna Troi

Great book!

Peter David masterfully merges a romance with a science fiction novel. Highly recommended for fans of Star Trek and/or romance novels! It was very moving and was one of those books you can't put away until you are done.

The better part of who he was

So this takes some liberties with the story of Riker and Troi...but it’s a beautiful story, with a few minor hiccups (the focus on nudity seemed a little much). But overall very worthy addition to the Trek library.
And I may have cried once or twice lol.

Great back story for Riker and Troi

I loved the history for these two. The only thing that would have been better is if Marina Sirtis actually read for the part for Deanna.

Great if you’re a fan

Fun stuff, the characters are just so appealing. Story was a bit over the top at times, but wonderful to be with the crew!!!

Still a good story. Sound was terrible. Frakes was great. Saddened it was an annotated version.

Nostalgic and beautiful.

I loved every moment of this audiobook. As if Jonathan Frakes reading wasn’t enough, the well written and detailed story enveloping you into the familiar world of Star Trek is an absolute joy. Sad to say this is my first but excited to continue on and hear more because of this. A great choice for my first audible listen as well. I definitely recommend for newcomers as well.
