Cathryn Michon has beautifully captured everything I've always believed about the angel dogs in my life, and in fact, all dogs. The story is enchanting, the music, a lovely addition.

Love Never Ends and We Meet Again!

I listened to I'm Still Here and I'm so glad I did because this is a book that every dog lover needs to hear! This book book has meaningful messages to dog lovers like, “dogs don’t need words because we can smell things like happy or sad,” because it’s like they know when we need their comfort, and the best thing dogs can do is just be there for us. And another one of my favorite lines in this book was, “I do know dogs don’t live as long as people it could be because people don’t do joy as much as dogs.” Dogs live moment to moment, and how much better would our lives be if we just thought of every day like it was the best day ever? The most important message that this book has for us dog lovers though is that even after our dogs go to the rainbow bridge, their spirits are always with us, love never ends, and we will meet again!

I love Bailey

I was expecting a much longer story, but perhaps I misunderstood the assignment. Bailey’s story has always reverberated in my heart..

Disappointing

I really don’t like to write negative reviews but this one missed the mark completely. I lost my pup two months ago and came across this book based on recommendations for healing from losing a pup. I do not know exactly what I was expecting but this was not it. I debated stopping several times but since it’s a quick listen I saw it through. In the end the entire story was just odd to me and not helpful at all.

Not recommended

The story felt overly simplistic, almost like it was written for children. It didn’t hold my interest, and I would not recommend it.

So disappointed

This book has been in my Amazon cart since September. I absolutely could not wait to "read" it. problem was I don't read actual books, so I waited for it to be an audio book. Having just lost my 2 dogs 5 months apart last year, I NEEDED this book. Sadly, this was super disappointing. The way it is read (sorry Caroline), was terrible. This should've been given to someone who actually performs audio books. And who in the world thought that the piano music every 3 minutes was a good idea? At some points it was so loud and it drowned out the voice. That seriously was the worst part.
Also, if she had said "im still here" one more time, I was shutting it off. I played it for a friend for 6 minutes and she asked how I made it through the book.
EVERY THING in me wanted to LOVE this book. It was just bad. Maybe I'd have appreciated the actual book more, who knows.
