This expulsion of callous, dictatorial witches and artifact-enhanced magicians was not without consequence. The inverted dynamics of power have brought with them a horde of obstacles including the disheartening persecution of magicians, flamboyant insurrection against the human-dominant state, and the formation of a societal underbelly teeming with unbridled resentment for the loss of entitled status. Ibrahim now finds his self a second-class citizen, barred like many others from practicing what makes them unique. But for how long?

Ibrahim and the Magician’s Rebellion explores the shifting dynamics of two friends who find their roles of benefactor and recipient reversed in response to the changing times.
