"Who am I to be?" takes a few steps back from "what is your purpose?" to consider who you are at your core. "Who you are to be" is more than your profession, it’s more than your demeanor, more than who you follow, and more than the service you do.
Who you are "to be" is not something to be compartmentalized into sections of your life, it’s the underlying way you live the whole of your life. It’s about defining your identity and letting your identity drive what you do. The only identity worth more than becoming the greatest at something, is found when you become the least for someone.
