What did you like best about this story?

What I liked about this story, was her personal stories. She does a great job at reading, however, I feel as if it took excessively long.

Any additional comments?

This is a good book to read if you are looking for life advice. I am not certain that some of the things she writes about are actually relevant to her, if they are then awesome. I could do with less quotes as well. Overall, great book. I would prefer to read an actual copy of the book rather than the audiobook again.

Encouraging!

I have recently become a mother to a fantastic little one. This book was encouraging to myself as a mother and even to my husband who has had struggles with depression, anxiety, and the the need for others input in his life. I can already see a difference in our relationship and I'm so thankful for these stories to be the unexpected tool that they were.

You're story was worth telling, it made a difference in this girls life !

Maci's journey is something I've followed since I was about 12 years old. I've read both of her books now and I've enjoyed both of them immensely ! The lessons she gives specifically in this book I can relate too as a 19 year old trying to become independent and maintain healthy relationships and friendships. I do not have a children but I am in a relationship of almost four years and the advice she gives was so HELPFUL and comforting. The quotes throughout the novel are amazing and fit perfectly! Her advice is so helpful and has made me feel less alone in knowing that someone else has tried to figure all this shit out too. Your story is worth telling and has made a difference in my life so thank you! Thank you Maci for being real and allowing people like me a chance to learn from you and your life. If you haven't read it or listened to it yet, you're missing out !

loved the book. wonderful information and inspirational. as i knew most of what this book was about i was surprised but some of the info.

Maci really shows the importance of family and everything else in life and has great quotes throughout to help. I love listening to her books because it gives you a sense as if you are having a genuine conversation with a close friend.
