With US student debt having just surpassed $1.5 trillion, and an average debt of $38,000 per graduate, it is crystal clear that our traditional school and college "educational" system does not set up the next generation to be wealthy. What we learn in school does not currently provide us with the tools needed in life to manage and master money and this is a global problem.
Our young teenagers are much better off financially than our graduates in their 20s. How crazy is that? That is why this book was created - to fill the gap missing in traditional education and to teach your teens how to become financially smart while having lots of fun along the way. Simple yet explained perfectly.
I don't consider me financially well educated but with a substantial base. This book kept me triggered from beginning to the end. A lot of good ideas for teens to get started. If I had this book as a teen would I have had a 40 year head start.
I have bought for my children so that they can get the basics that I missed out on as a child. Loved it.
