Holding onto a secret/s is something that everyone in life has experienced. However, the longer you hang onto that secret/s the heavier and more burdensome it becomes. Not to mention the health risks both mentally and physically that can become compromised by not disclosing the secret. The following story reveals a secret that I have held onto for many years of my life. Writing my story has long been overdue as my secret has consumed and overwhelmed me for far too many years. It is a powerful tool to be able to address and confront head on what has been locked up in my head for so long. It truly is a relief to be able to put pen to paper all that has been hibernating in my mind.
