Best Audio Performance

This has been far my favourite Maria Frankland book. Jenny Myers’ performance was exceptionally good. I really enjoyed her portrayal of each character and their emotions and dilemmas. Highly recommend the listen.

Twists, Turns, and an Addictive Listen

Another binge-worthy story from Maria Frankland, brought to life beautifully by Jenny Myers' narration. The twists and turns just keep coming, making it hard to press pause.

An intense family drama and whodunnit mystery/domestic thriller!

I previously read and highly recommended “I Don’t Like Mondays” by Maria Frankland.

Recently, I received an advanced audio narration by Jenny Myers. She has narrated many of Maria’s books, and I’ve gotten so accustomed to hearing and always look forward to her unique voice(s)! She always brings to life the best and worst of the characters that Maria has created. This story is full of dialogue and paints so much of the struggle the main female character goes through with her amnesia and nightmare that follows. She delivers a remarkable listening experience!

phenomenally twisted

The longer I listened, the more confused I was, then it all turned around and new pieces started fitting together. There is so much betrayal and gaslighting going on throughout the story. No one remains unscathed. This was an amazing listen that blew me away, Totally!!!
I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator did a great job bringing the characters and story to life.

Who Wants Me Dead?

Excellent book with ever-changing suspects. I'm usually good at figuring out who the person is, but not this time. Enjoyed the snippets of returning memory interspersed with the story. The narration was topnotch by Jenny Myers.

Engrossing Thriller

This engrossing thriller kept me hooked from start to finish! I can’t recall how many times I said “one more chapter” as each page turned kept me wanting more. The anticipation of wondering how this story will play out, kept me going. Just when I thought I had it all figured out, the story took another shocking turn!

Cathy wakes up from a coma, with no memory of what happened nor the last 10 years of her life! When she learns of the “incident” that occurred leaving her in this condition, she begins to question who could have wanted to harm her and who can she really trust. As small fragments of her memory returns, Cathy begins to question those closest to her as well as a few others that had motives to do her harm.

Jenny Myers did a great job with the narration in this audiobook. She truly brought like to Cathy’s character!

If you love a thriller that keeps you guessing until the very end, this book is a must-read. Highly recommended!

great narration

Darker than my usual read but it held my attention and the narrator was superb with her Yorkshire accents and varying personalities.

This is an intense and exciting mystery/thriller story. I loved all of the twists and suspense that were all throughout the book! I was instantly hooked!
Cathy wakes up in the hospital only to realize she can’t remember the last 10 years of her life. She doesn’t know how she ended up in the hospital and didn’t even know she had kids! Her husband and others around her try to fill in missing pieces from her life, but some things don’t feel right at all.

What really happened to Cathy on Monday?

I truly enjoyed this book and all of the twists and turns that just kept coming!
I listened to the audio version and the narrator was excellent!!

*I highly recommend this fun listen/read!*

A Twist I Didn't See Coming

The story and narration were excellent from beginning to end, with no difficulty distinguishing between characters. Each character had real substance and purpose in the story, and the ending took me by surprise—which made it even better.

Great story

Even though I figured out who did it long before the end I still enjoyed the story. This being my first Maria Franklin book
