This book is a wonderful tool for anyone looking to take their meditation practice to the next level. Lauren’s voice and cadence are spot on—reading it feels as if she’s right there in the room with you. I appreciate how the opening chapters focus on her personal journey and process; it creates a sense of trust and makes it easy to buy into the guidance she offers.

The book is filled with helpful insights, many of which I wish I’d known at the start of my own meditation practice. I especially enjoy how it introduces a variety of meditation approaches and breaks down common stereotypes that often make the practice feel unattainable.
