No spoilers.Loved it. Plenty of action plus some painful times for the crew. Well just one spoiler, Nathan finally chews Jessica's butt out, which in my opinion was long overdue.

Yet another excellent chapter in this series!
Ryk is really on fire with this series! He is extremely capable of making characters that readers get attached to while creating a captivating story that leaves the audience always wanting more. Looking forward to the next chapter in the story!

Captvating
This is book nine in the second half of the Frontier Series but is book 24 of the entire series. I have read this series from book one and have been hooked on it. I believe it is important to read this series in order as Brown picks up the story from where the last book ended.
I will keep this review brief as there is not a lot to say after twenty-three reviews on the topic. The book is a hair-raising nail bitter. Be prepared to read this book cover to cover without stopping. Believe me, you will not want to put the book down. Brown has the courage to kill off key characters in his stories which adds to the suspense of the story. The ending was rather abrupt this time, but I cannot wait for the next installment to come out. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with my favorite characters.
The book is ten hours eleven minutes. Jeffrey Kafer does an excellent job narrating the series. Kafer is an actor, voice-over actor and an award-winning audiobook narrator.

Awesome!
This was an awesome addition, I think it is well balanced in terms of victory and defeat. I won’t give too much away but this was one of the best in the series.

Overall good.
Have enjoyed this series mostly. Only a few things I don’t like. One there is a core of main characters. None of which ever die. Been there about sense the beginning. Stories like this needs deaths to occasional core characters. Keeps the suspense going. This series none of them have died. Also I don’t like Josh at all. He is annoying and if I was around him five seconds. I would hurt the smart mouth. Nothing about his character do I like. I don’t really care for Jessica either. The rest are fine. Also having them losing a fight once in a while would be good too. Everyone else in the universe apparently can’t fight for crap. And none are as smart as the main cast. Which is ridiculous.
