⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐This year, florist Iris Bennet has decided not to compete, but to be a judge in the floral competition. Imagine her surprise when a body is found, and not just any body, but the body of a man everyone disliked. At least she’s got her one-eyed cat Winston and Detective Mark to help her solve the crime. I really do enjoy these stories. They are so well written, they just pull me in from the very beginning and the action just keeps me turning pages. The characters are all so engaging as well, not to mention trying to figure out whodunit.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Florist Iris is looking forward to the Spring Festival's flower competition as a judge but she certainly never expects to find the body of a business man sprawled under his beloves hyacinths. Iris and her cat Winston are on the trail to figure out what happened. However there are a lot of mysteries in town that people want to keep hidden. Soon a second murder happens. Which murder was the cover up? What is supposed to stay hidden? The reader is kept captivated until the solution is found. Fantastic book!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The story was mysterious and charming with a great plot. The characters were interesting and complex.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I was engaged from the cozy mystery element and how this story was told, it was so well done and enjoyed the overall concept for this. I enjoyed getting into the town and characters living in that town. This was everything that I was looking for and glad I got to read this. Jade Curry wrote this so well and can't wait for more.
