Thrilling

An action packed, suspenseful, and thrilling adventure to go on. I absolutely loved this book. This series just keeps getting better.

Wonderful series, Great Narration!

I'm really loving this series! I'm loving the audio performances too! Both narrators were great! There's a female narrator for the female chapters, and a male narrator for the male chapters. I wasn't in love with the female narrators male voices in her chapters, and at first I didn't think her voice fit Sasha's character, but overall, I really liked her tone and she has a clear voice that is good at emoting emotion. The male narrator made me smile a bit during the action parts and sex scenes because he's a bit OTT, lol, but it's fun! I like his gruffness for Aren's character. I'd recommend reading the previous book in the series before this one because the previous characters are present in this one, and Aren and Sasha's story begins in that book. Sasha and Aren got off on the wrong foot when she made some bad decisions that put Aren's pack and even herself in danger. Sasha was turned into a jaguar shifter against her will by evil corporation Nero, and she hasn't been taking it too well. Aren was surprised when he discovered that Sasha; the woman who shot him, is his mate, but he's not letting something like a gunshot get in the way of being with his mate. Sasha doesn't know why in the heck wolf shifter, Aren, is all up in her business, but when her sister may be in danger, she's willing to take help from an unexpected ally. Plus, it doesn't hurt that Aren is a sexy, sweetheart of a man. I liked Sasha's sassiness, and I liked that Aren brings out her softer side. They compliment each other nicely, and I always love the whole mate scenario. There's some steam in this story, and Aren and Sasha have great chemistry! Love the continuing story of the trouble with Nero, and all the action! Hunter's Moon has a scary nemesis that causes lots of problems for Sasha and Aren, and those around them. Intriguing storyline and characters! Really looking forward to the next book!!

Very entertaining!

I enjoyed this story a lot even though the female narrator wasn’t a favorite; I did enjoy the male narrator’s voice. It was interesting to get Aren’s story and to find out that Sasha is his mate. This was a pretty hot story. 😊 I’m going to continue on with this series and I really want to find out what’s going on with the Nero Organization. I have the rest of the series in audio and I’m looking forward to listening to them.

Love the readers, and the storyline. Would recommend to anyone who likes werewolf stories.the reluctance of pack members is funny as they fall one by one

Listening to the story, I hear all the sass from Sasha come to life. Aren also comes to life by hearing his devotion to the things he cares about. Over all, this was the best so far. I recommend this series.

These narrators bring the story to life!
Aren is Adam's twin brother and Sasha is the turned jaguar who tried so hard to kill him and his family in book one. Now that Aren has discovered that she is his mate he doesn't like it. He and his wolf protect her from Nero but only from a distance.
When Nero decides to go after Sasha's sister Nadya, she finally breaks down and asks Aren for his help. Together they must protect both families from an insane wolf shifter that was also used by Nero.
Can forgiveness be found on both sides? Or will they walk away from each other at the end?
I am loving this series so far. Both books have brought my emotions raging toward the surface. You may need a tissue or two while reading this book, so beware. Now, on to book three.

Whew what a story

Whew! Sasha and Aren gives you a roller coaster ride you don't want to get off of. Just when you think you'll know what happens next something changes. The pack of wolves get even more interesting. Falling in love with this serie.

The tension between Aren the wolf shifter and Sasha the jaguar shifter as they are learning to trust each other is very entertaining.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Sasha's tough and sassy nature is just awesome.

What about Benjamin Claude and Ellie McClendon ’s performance did you like?

They both actually fit the characters they were voicing and did a good job of changing their voices when reading someone else's dialog.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I listened to this book over the course of a few evenings. I previously read it in one evening on my kindle. I like that listening to it lasts longer.

Any additional comments?

I couldn't resist hearing it now that it's in audio format. I noticed so many more details in the story.

Who doesn't kill you makes you stronger

I really like how this series focuses on each couple and their flaws. How love eventually trumps mistakes and forgiveness is given even if shifters are some of the most stubborn beings. This story involves a woman cop bitten by a jaguar shifter and a wolf shifter who.should hate her but finds out she is his mate. I received a complimentary audio and I am voluntarily giving a review.

True love conquers all.

This is another amazing book by Lisa Kessler where we learn a lot more about the NERO Organization. Well written with truly believable and loveable character's. I can't wait to read the next installment. I highly recommend this series.
