The saga continues where the first novel leaves off with the Nederig finding a place in the human galaxy. Only a new enemy emerges, and the balance of the universe becomes threatened.

If you love reading about far-future lands and what might-be, this book will take you on a high-tech rollercoaster ride through the stars where humanity, though living it up with upgraded living, still looks remarkably familiar. Still fighting petty wars, still rife with corruption. Will we ever evolve beyond ourselves?

The tech in the book is fascinating, but not too overpowering that it remains accessible to the average reader (that would be me!). I thought the performer in the Audible version did a good job with the voices and different races in the story.
