Every act we perform has its origin in our thoughts, as it is initially gestated in our mind. Our consciousness shapes our actions and thus influences the quality of our daily activities. Each element present in our mind gradually shapes the direction we take on our path.

We embark on a current that is very difficult to stop, in such a way that it does not diminish with time, but can be maintained and even increase in strength. Everything that takes place there marks us in some way. All these processes remain and are repeated with the passage of time, they always accompany us and it seems that they never dissolve; we get used to them instead of trying to diminish them.

What is produced in our mind is the beginning of everything. Each thought is like a piece that tries to join with another, in such a way that it creates representations, structures that make us understand reality in a certain way during a period of time. It is like an automatic device that we all have, which has a great dimension and is part of our own nature.
