I think this was my first Stephanie Brother book how many years ago. Also my first stepbrother-twin book. It holds up. It’s been added to my roster of books to listen to again. And again.
Meghan Kelly does a decent job of narration.

double the fun

Loved the forbidden aspect. These men are dirty talking champs in the bedroom. Carrie took a bit to come around but these men weren't giving up without a fight.

Love from page 1

I love that from the very beginning, Stephanie Brother established that Ethan and Nathan were both in love with Carrie. As a reader who enjoys immersing myself in the story as Carrie, this clarity gave me peace of mind and made any decisions I had to make later in the book much easier to understand.

Their first spicy scene was incredibly hot, and I loved it! However, I didn't enjoy how the voice actor portrayed the spicy scenes, especially the male parts. They felt off and took me out of the moment. The actor struggled to convey the passion and gruffness that characterize a man's voice when he's aroused, and there was a lack of breathlessness that one would typically expect from the characters. During those chapters, I often found myself opening the ebook to read it instead because the voice in my head delivered it better.

Despite that, I truly loved this romance and would definitely read it over and over again! 💋

The reader

I'm a big fan of Stephanie's. my only thing was the reader. I think it would have been better if someone else read it.
the overall story was good, just sometimes it was to much in her head, but have to say the other books get a lot better.

Love their love

I loved the way that Ethan and Nathen loved Carrie. They've been pinning for her for some time and all of the angst makes for a really steamy, heartfelt story. I'm not a huge fan of this particular female narrator and while I always listen to her books in entirety to finish the story, I'd prefer a different narrator. It takes some time to get used to her voice and actually allow yourself to immerse in the story. I do love the book and the whole world of characters that link together in the Huge series. This one is very hot, filled with passion and love and you definitely need the twin fantasy in your collection.!
