Hi liked the directness of this book, which I believe is a critical quality in a book talking about stopping overthinking. The tools discussed in the book are direct and actionable and steps that I am likely to stick to for the long term!

Ken has done a great job as a narrator and I would look up his other works as well!

One of the coolest things I heard Shelomo Solson talk about in this title was the art of “habit stacking”—taking a behavior you already do and then adding a new behavior on top of it. This allows the brain to form new pathways and form positive habits. Through practice, one can work towards the synaptic pruning (fancy way of saving forgetting) of unwanted previous behavioral traits, overthinking being one of them!! Of course, things like meditation are always excellent to practice boycotting the overactive, often calamitous mind. However, there is also lots to be discovered here about neural activity—much of which Solson delivers in an easily digestible presentation.
