I have not personally created art or handcrafted items for sale (I am not that creative!), but I have a business degree and have consulted with friends to help them start their arts and crafts businesses. Information was too general. Interview responses were painful to hear read out loud. This would have been much more interesting if written by, or in solid collaboration with, someone who has experience in the field. I’m not sure how the author is qualified other than having a general business education.
