Who needs a tummy tuck?

I first learned about body wraps years ago, and was fascinated at the concept. I just could not wrap my head (no pun intended)around how something like that could possibly work. It was something I had not really thought of for a while, and then I found this book. It really enlightened me as to what a wrap was, how it worked, and how to do it yourself. If you are a DIY type of person then this book is for you. Clinger narrates his own book, and is very easy to follow and understand, and you can follow along and do what he says as he says it if you pause. Seems pretty easy to follow, and to do at home. Even though I did receive a promo code for this review it in no way influenced my considerations of the material, and in fact, inspired me to be more honest. In fact, getting a code generally makes me harsher as a reviewer as I am more often concerned what someone like Me will decide based on my review.
