Reading this book was enjoyable. Through the interactive list and hard questions that we all should be asking ourselves, to an honest guide on how to change what you don’t like about those thing’s…it just flowed. The author made thought provoking points throughout the book, all to which we can identify at some high and some low points within our life’s journey. I appreciated the inspiring nuggets and messages, they are real life and applicable.

Anyone could glean from reading this, but I specifically recognized the lost teenager and the very lost young adult versions of myself while reading this. I wish I had this advice sooner. However, it’s never too late to “blank slate it” and start over. Thank you for this gift, V.A.B.
