Found it to be highly educational and helpful!
I was in a place of listnessness about my job and life and this book taught me allot! I wasn't living each day true to my own personal mission statement. very helpful!

Good stuff but partly same old...
It was hard for me to decide upon stars. If you haven't dug deeper inte Covey lore, than reading the 7 Habits, then this will provide additional insight into writing a mission statement.
However, if you have listened/read any of the 7 Habits "spin-offs" (seminars, focus-books, compilations, etc.), then this is mostly a rechewing of old advice.
Don't get me wrong though - it is good stuff, just not the first time it was served!

Most of the information given here is already included in other books from Covey. I was expecting this to be a much more practical guide to work on the purpose but didn't found what I was looking for.
