A Great Guide

This is a great guide for anyone thinking of making a passive income. What I really appreciated about this book is that the author truly explains how a passive income works and busts the myths most people have. Making a passive income is not an easy route to take, it really does require time, energy, and monies to get it going. Frank Merrick does give a few examples of creating passive incomes but if you are not willing to put in the effort and such then you won't succeed in a passive income endeavor. The narration could have been better. Curtis Wright has a nice and clear voice but he reads a bit fast and towards the middle to the end of the book there are some editing errors. It doesn't really take away from the message of the book but it is something that should have been addressed. Overall, if you're looking for a book that will honestly help you understand what a passive income is and what is really needed to create one or more then this book is for you.

Could use some editing.

I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an unbiased review. My biggest issue was that the narrator kept making mistakes, but never edited them out. This book could use some serious editing.

Good Straight Forward Information

This book had a lot of good information geared towards the 5 ideas for Passive Income that it offered. I liked how the author was very straight that passive income takes up front work, so don't expect this book to give a work around doing that up front work. I thought the narration was well done and I would recommend this book to someone who was looking for a project that would provide some passive income.

Great Read

How to Create Passive Income: 5 Ideas That Worked for Me was a good quick read by Frank Merrick. Passive Income is an income that doesn't require much to maintain after it is up and running. This book helps you with tips as to how to not only make a passive income but how to make it successfull. This was a good quick read.

Great audiobook with honest advice

I wasn’t expecting much with an audiobook just over an hour long, however “How to Create Passive Income” is well worth the time. It has a good start by explaining the definition of passive income, as it level sets expectations of the reader and what to get from the book. The book had direct and honest advice which is beneficial to anyone that digests and applies the learnings.

The narrator is easy to understand and speaks at a good pace. The only issue is that starting in chapter five it sounds like someone is testing out different ways to pronounce a word, or flubs a line and then resumes reading, and there are quite a few “oopsies” left in the final published product. Overall it doesn’t detract from the message but is something to consider.
