Acerca de esta escucha
I'm writing this book because whenever I sought helpful ways to manage my ADHD in college, I found a lot of explanations for why college with ADHD was so hard, but never any good, actionable steps on what to do. Now, having finished college, I want to change that. I want to give others all the life tips I used that actually helped make the neurotypical-focused education system much easier to navigate.
I cover: Scientific insights about the ADHD brain to help you love your ADHD and make it all make sense; techniques I used to never forget due dates, events, or my keys; strategies to enhance brain function and dopamine regulation, so you feel emotionally balanced and constantly motivated; innovative tips to make cleaning and organizing easy and fun; methods to instantly regain focus during classes, lectures, or study sessions; how I adjusted my mindset to be excited about college every day; help and understanding from someone who knows what it's like to be in a depressed ADHD state, and what to do when it happens; new study techniques to make homework and big projects feel simpler, easier, and more exciting; how to ensure analysis paralysis is never an issue again; memorization techniques to make flashcards and vocabulary so easy; a new essay-writing method making any essay, regardless of length or topic, feel like a walk in the park (without cheating); the ultimate brain break that let me study for hours without burnout; ways to leverage the unique advantages of ADHD you never knew existed, making life so manageable you'll be glad you weren't born neurotypical; how to naturally avoid feeling tired, foggy, or drained (without pills, supplements, or chemicals); techniques to build the perfect calendar that prevents burnout, gets your homework done, and makes time for fun and sleep—the way every student wants.
All of this without a milligram of medication needed, written in a condensed and simple way so you can be ready to conquer college in minutes.

Life-changing hacks for Neurotypicals also!
I loved the information about how social media can cause dopamine burnout and causes your body to stop producing it which makes you lose motivation. This really resonates with me! We all want tools on how to remember why we entered a room sometimes and to not lose things! Lol! So this is helpful. I really think it’s great to know the secrets in how to get the teachers you want in a class even though the class is full! This hack can be life changing! Overall very inspirational book to get our lives in order! It teaches you to be ok with not getting a ton of stuff done each day, which can be toxic and demotivating! I’m ready to start making healthy habits that will change my life!

THIS BOOK CHANGED MY LIFE!!!
I didn’t even think I had ADHD until listening to this book, but so many things made so much sense. The book is incredibly well researched and organized into sections that help you face every part of college life with a new perspective.
There were probably a dozen different tips and tricks that I have already began trying in my own life and I have several friends I am recommending the book to.
10/10 — wish I had this when I started college!
