This book is a written really clearly and takes all the complication out of reading someone with non-verbal cues. Super useful with selling or providing a service to your clients, it's important to be able to understand their needs and what they really mean beyond all the words. The author does a great job in breaking down the 7 codes of nonverbal communication and when you need to be concerned if someone is lying to you. And he gives a crash course in the benefits of NLP.
