Ten years ago David and Dawn Michaels purchased a "fixer Upper" in Shady Lane, a 55 plus community. Life was good, simple, affordable and seemingly safe until the day Beverly and her son Robert moved into lot 365. David and Dawn soon get caught up in the aftermath of a heinous act committed by Beverly and Robert. Beverly and Robert meet their match when they target Dawn and her husband. Beverly's childhood dirty deeds are coming back to haunt her. With nothing left to lose, Dawn has a plan that will end Beverly's path of destruction. Robert puts himself in a position to suffer the consequences of his own diabolical behavior.
Dawn and David do all they can to fight back by suing the park for allowing felons, convicted sex offenders, drug dealers and others of unscrupulous character to reside in Shady Lane. The residents of Shady Lane will soon learn that there is no free ride, a lie, any lie will ultimately be found out and it will come full circle. Dawn is out to get justice for the damage that has been inflicted on her when she disappears. David enlists the help of Detective Patterson, their friend, to find Dawn.
Together, David and Detective Patterson uncover an underground of sick twisted human behavior that is unimaginable. It won't be long before secrets are exposed and David finds Dawn.
