It wasn't the spooky haunting I had anticipated. It was more of a murder mystery.
The more I read the more predictable it became. But still quite an enjoyable read, and a couple surprises that were unexpected.
Good read...

Colorful writing, and engaging descriptions. What about Cynthia Hemminger’s performance did you like?
She did a good job on sometimes difficult accents, and differentiating voices. Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Six hours? I came back to it every day for several days.Any additional comments?
I listened to the audiobook version of House of Eire. The descriptions of settings and characters are captivating, and I thoroughly enjoyed this brief visit to Ireland. The narrator spoke clearly and could be easily understood, even while I traveled in a noisy car. The different accents were challenging, and I thought she handled them well.Authentic Ireland
