Kinda corny but cute.

This book is definitely just like all the romantic comedies. It's corny and adorable, you can't help but love it.

Good chemistry

I love the way the author rights comedy and serious topics roled into a very interesting book. I cant wait to re read it over and over again.

Very sweet

If you are looking for something light and sweet without all the angsty drama this is a good one. I enjoyed it more than expected.

Well written, awesomely narrated

Great story, for the most part, and the narrator was/is one of my favorites and delivered awesomely, as always.

I did have issues with some of the character development, as it seems that one person in our romantic pair appeared to have to grow and overcome emotional issues to get anywhere, and the other woman basically just let it happen and then threw a tantrum at the first sign she might not get everything she wanted, failed to communicate, then threw her girlfriend out of her life for failing to immediate acquiesce to demands to get over her fears THIS MINUTE...and then got everything she wanted, later, without any effort on her part. Honestly, on further thought, this was realistic for many couples, but it left me feeling that our romantic couple weren't going to last more than a year or two, by which point the giving, growing, and more self-aware woman would eventually figure out how much more effort she was putting out. The imbalance left me feeling like it really wasn't the happy ending I'd hoped for them, and that our wedding planner was going to get wrecked again, just like her first marriage.

I still liked the story, though, and I have generally liked Georgia Beers' works, so I'd still recommend it to others. I loved how she worked in references to many of the various romantic stories I've enjoyed in the past, and used them to further her story.

I’m touched !

I wasn’t expecting this book to make me feel so many emotions at once but I’m so happy to have given it a listen. The characters in this story are just amazing , the kind of friends you wish you had and well I recommend this even if your not a mooshy romantic person .

A must listen

Georgia Beers comes thru once again! And Lori Prince as the Narrator is magnificent. Her voice brings the characters to life. Tears, laughter and humor all in that voice!! Wow. Literally makes the story so real. Love, Love Lori Prince and thank you GB for a a heartfelt story!!

A wonderful story about love

A great light hearted story about walking into love again after pain and loss. Lori Prince did a great narration.

A perfect romance for two hopeless women.

Two woman whose jobs could not be more different find themselves hopelessly attracted to each other. Reddit is a wedding planner who is very successful. Her divorce cost her two shops and every ounce of romantic spirit. Leah is a divorce Attorney whose parents divorce made her want to be a lawyer who makes divorce fair. She never lost her romantic spirit but wasn't sure it could be real. Georgia Beers give us the most delicious romantic story. It has all the loving moments, slow build, really hot intimate encounters! Lori Prince helps you feel every bit of their journey as she breathes life into the characters I envision. Even the overly dramatic reconnect is a splashy rom-com moment. This is a fun romp with a great supporting cast that bring even more fun.. Such a great story loaded with dialogue, unique strong love. I will listen to it often.

Melts the heart!

I personally love Georgia Beers books. I’m a sucker for sappy romance and this one checked all the boxes. I also loved Lori Princes narration. She’s one of my favorites behind Abby Craden of course. I definitely recommend this book.

I totally enjoyed reading this book and it was even better having it read to me.
