This book series is the first I read after finding the love for reading.
Your love for the characters grow more as you go through the series. I don't have to worry about the romance getting inappropriate.
I feel the narrator would do better at children's books, as her flair for expression is fantastic, however it just didn't seem to match the tone of this book for me.

This book shows how much the characters have changed & grown. The narrator was different from the first three books in the series I listen to. Kate Forbes did a better job narrating. However, it was so good but much different then the narrating from the first three books.

Love this book. The characters are charming and the story takes you feeling the hope and disappointment of the character’s life during this time in history.
It is also great that it is written with no vulgar language.
