Quintavius Bell has done us all a fantastic solid and compiled a comprehensive guide that covers just about everything you wish you had remembered when it comes to a home inspection! Survival guide is the right phrase! It’s not the nicest feeling to have your home inspected and having the anxiety-producing feeling prevalent that you have forgotten something that will cause you to miss out on a deal (and we all know how that feels!). My fave takeaway from this book was to avoid the red flags–there were so many that I had not come across before!
