Amazing!!!

This book helped me overcome a lot of problems. I've struggled with MS for years and this book gave hope and healing. I've been recommending it to everyone I know!

Essential to Know the Spirit of God

I've walked with God for over two decades, but my knowledge and understanding of His Spirit is limited to Him teaching me His Word. All this time, I still did not understand the visibly supernatural manifestations of His Spirit. I've attended services at charismatic congregations and have seen abuses and practices that go against the Scriptures. Nevertheless, I know what the Scriptures say about the manifestations of the Spirit of God and that they are real, even today.

Saying that...this book is a powerful, sincere, and real testimony of the workings of the Spirit of God. The author was not raised or indoctrinated in a charismatic congregation, so I was more open to her testimony. The author gives a comprehensive testimony, including her life before committing to the Lord, her baptism and speaking in tongues experience, and her growing relationship with God thereafter. I especially appreciated her exhortation on children, in what way we are to be like children, and why the Master said the Kingdom of God is for children. She frequently quoted Scripture for reference and support, which I appreciated.

The author provides foundational principles in an area that I am lacking. These principles are so essential that I got a hardcopy of this book and will be rereading it with notes and highlights so that my children can also benefit from the author's experiences, teaching, and use of the Scriptures. I got this book as a legacy for my children, so that's saying a lot.

One of my favorite quotes because I've told others the same thing throughout the years:

"We can know it's God putting thoughts in our mind when they're congruent with His nature, when they line up with Scripture, and by what the thoughts produce in our lives."

Wow! What a soul touching story of Mimi’s life. So eloquently told. Leaving me feeling blessed and inspired.

Mimi shares her life and experience and it’s easy to identify with what is said and then take the revelation and walk into wholeness. Mimi skillfully bridges any disconnect and helps the reader to appropriate healing and see it manifest in every area of life.

The most difficult part of struggling with an issue for a long time is that it wears down the soul to the point of giving up and exhaustion, at times it may seem easier to just live with the problem instead of overcoming. Inspirational & healing

This book spoke to my heart. It was easy to listen to and by the end I felt so renewed. I’m planning on buying a paperback so I can more thoroughly go through the questions at the end of each chapter. Highly recommend if your soul needs nourished.

Two very amazing stories are told in this book - The story of the one true God, the Triune God of the Bible, with his grace, love, provision, and power available to all of us; and the story of the author, Mimi Kroger.

Kroger's story and writing are both captivating. This book is such a fantastic reminder and guide regarding how God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are at work in and through our lives. That side of the book is told in a bold, yet so beautifully attractive, manner. Kroger's personal story is used as a gripping example of how God's Holy Spirit works in our lives to bring healing and restoration to ourselves and others. The topics discussed in this book are so deep and often so controversial. Kroger handles all of it with so much poise, grace, clarity, and irrefutable personal experience; that the whole book is wonderfully encouraging and instructive.

I highly recommend this powerful book to both Christians and Non-Christians!

So much excellent content on knowing God

This was my first time trying an audio book. I already read the book so thought it would be an easy listen while multi-tasking. However, so many rich nuggets of God’s truth are packed into these pages, along with the author’s testimony of how God worked in her life, that I found myself stopping whatever else I was doing to concentrate on the message, even after having read it through once before. The author’s voice is soothing and pleasant to listen to once the actual book starts, so don't let the monotone dialect on the free sample fool you. (Hopefully the author can correct that,) If you desire to know God and would like to grow in a personal relationship with Him, listen to this author as she shares what she has learned from the Holy Spirit and God’s Word. For the full impact, be prepared to pause and take notes that you can refer to later, or better yet, get the print or eBook to follow along with the audio, and for reference. I recommend this book in all its formats, yet personally prefer actually reading. I find the worship music links easier to get to from the eBook and I seem to focus better while reading (or at least following along while it is read). Whether you listen, read or both - pay attention and be prepared to be blessed!

What everyone else is missing

The reason Holy Spirit Help Me Heal works and other strategies don’t is because Mimi knew, you can’t fully heal without God and His truth! All other ways of healing may work temporarily but true and lasting healing comes from being rooted to something unchanging, a rock.
I have tried many ways to heal my chronic illness, specialist, surgery, supplements, specific food elimination diets, limbic system retraining and more. Some helped for a little while but then I was right back to debilitating illness. I knew what all these attempts were missing, The Word of God. Without rooting my healing in God’s truth I was shooting arrows into the wind, expensive arrows! This book and the goodness that God has imparted to Mimi helped me to see the path to true and lasting healing. I feel confident now, even though I know the road will be bumpy and possibly long, I am on the right road now!
