What lengths would you go to feel better? 25-year-old Miranda is struggling with depression and anxiety, and she is desperate to feel normal again. When a stranger approaches her in a coffee shop with a solution to her problem, she agrees to take a trip to The Healing Springs. Upon her return home, she initially feels like herself again, until she senses a malignancy growing inside her. Is she going crazy, or did she carry something back inside her?
Meanwhile, a young woman’s half-eaten corpse is discovered in the town park. Detective Velnette Cadell and Detective Aaron Turner are shocked to discover that a human committed this heinous crime. As more bodies are discovered, they seek the help of a local psychiatrist. Do they have a cannibal loose in the town of Clearview, or is it something more sinister?
