Addison has had a difficult year. Recovering from a serious car injury isn’t for the weak. Now that she’s better, her mother continues to use the experience as a push for Addison to find a husband. A brush with death will put your priorities in order – at least that’s what her mom says.

Sam is just now starting to get what feels like back to normal now that his friend is doing well after a near fatal car accident. He’s the loving and supportive friend he’s always been. He’d do anything for Addison and now he may be able to help her step into the next phase of her life.

As fake relationships go, theirs would be easy to orchestrate. It’s reasonable to believe that a long term friendship can develop into more. And the holiday season is the perfect backdrop for the plan. With Addison’s sister helping make the story work, this should buy Addison some time to get her feet back on the ground and get back to her life.
