Sweet story

I couldn't wait to listen/read Jane's and Cord's story since Jane was 14, and it didn't disappoint!
The AI voice was okay, better than others. But please, someone introduce to the AI that when one human is crying and another one says "sh, sh, sh" it doesn't sound like "esaych, esaych, esaych" (8:35 into chapter 9)
Or not to yell "WHAT?" when it reads "he asked softly" LOL

I love this couple

I am very similar to Jane. I’m a tax accountant looking for a change. I love how caring and supportive Cord is especially when work is too much. I love the glimpses into the other family members lives.

I really like this book series.

This is the first book I listened to that was read with virtual voice. Hated the virtual voice!

Melts Your Heart!

My goodness, I have fallen in love with all the cowboys; this entire group has class and manners any young lady would be proud to be associated with. I’ll hate when the series completely ends, I want to keep sneaking a peak at their lives. Oh well, I’ll have to relisten to all the audiobooks.

NO to AI Narration for Romance Novels

I tried and just "NO" to the AI Narration for romance novels. I barely got past the AI mispronouncing "Gertrudie" during the wedding and birthday scenes. I had to stop the book when it RUINED the kiss scene at 4 hours into the book!! There was no emotion or real inflection to emphasize the moment. I appreciate this option was free but I will GLADLY PAY for a Real Person Narration.

I will download the book via Kindle and READ the scene before then finish the book. I am a Mom of four teenagers and need my mental relaxation options.

I am truly a HUGE FAN of LIZ ISAACSON EVERYTHING!! So deep into all her stories, love how they connect/grow, and love being swept away with her characters. PLEASE go back to Real Person Narration.

His fifth love

A/I narration ruins your otherwise wonderful books . There is no emotion no inflection and the mispronouncing of words is distracting. So sad after listening to your books and loving them all.

Great love story

The computer reading it. Terrible! Not personal. Just seemed badly read. Didn’t like that at all. Her books are wonderful but the computer just sounds really bad.

Disliked the virtual voice narration

The virtual voice narration takes a lot from the story. Mispronounced words, lack of inflection and feeling in the narration, and overall technical sounding voice detract significantly from the book. I had to rewind many times because I couldn’t understand what was said or because the timing or inflection was off.

I enjoyed the story!

I enjoyed the story but the AI voice reading, rather than a human reading it, was very disappointing.

Bad listening

Love every series and book around the Hammonds. But they changed this one up and have a computer reading the book . It is awful. Pronounced names incorrectly, no change in voice for people. I skipped through most of it just to get through some of it. I love the story just hated the reading.
